The Cincinnatus Ballroom
Our 40,000 sq ft Cincinnatus Ballroom is located on the center’s 3rd floor and is the largest in the city. The 33 ft ceiling height and unique décor creates the ambience of a performing arts center, and with the pitched walls, the space is acoustically suited for both a general session and a memorable event. The ballroom may be divided into two sections. The Cincinnatus Ballroom Pre-Function space is 12,000 sq ft and its wall of windows offers sweeping views of the city and the hills of Kentucky.

Completely redesigned with our 2025 renovation, this 17,000 sq ft Ballroom is on the 3rd floor of the center and is divisible into four sections. The new design is perfect for meetings or special events. The Queen City Ballroom Pre-Function space is 12,000 sq ft and has amazing views of the city skyline.

The Queen City Terrace
A new addition to the center as part of the in progress $240 million renovation, this outdoor space adjoins the Queen City Pre-Function space. This 6,000 sq ft space will have panoramic views of the city skyline and the surrounding hills.
The Elm Street Plaza
A new addition to the center as part of the in progress $240 million renovation, this outdoor two-acre park will lead up to the entrance of the convention center. The space will include fountains, shaded areas, walking paths and event spaces. This new space is perfect for outside breaks, networking, receptions, or team building events.
Exhibit Halls
Our 195,000 sq ft of contiguous exhibit space is located on the first floor of the building and divisible into three independent halls. The space is an ideal for exhibits, sporting events or meetings and tradeshows.
